Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your GunsmithApp™ account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This applies to every account type: customer, gunsmith/FFL, and instructor.
Fastest way: in the app
- Open GunsmithApp™ and sign in.
- Go to Profile and choose Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and associated personal data are permanently removed.

If you no longer have the app installed, submit this form. We verify the request against the email address on the account and complete deletion within 30 days, with confirmation by email.

What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials.
- Your profile (including gunsmith shop or instructor listings and uploaded verification documents and portfolio photos).
- Your firearm locker entries, saved providers, and push notification tokens.
What may be retained
- Records we are required to keep by law, kept only as long as legally required.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups, purged on the normal backup rotation cycle.
